Less can be more. Using fruit as part of beautiful centerpieces can be beautiful at any time of year. Other ideas: "We are suggesting small vases with a single flower floating rather than a big centerpiece," says Buckwald. "Or, a beautiful bloom floating in the bowl surrounded by votive candles and rose petals." Buckwald says that his company is also using a lot more table runners instead of overlays. "Equally impactful but much less cost," he says.
