FOOD FOR PARTIES

Roast beef and provolone wraps

Serves 40 pieces

Ingredients

1 lb. deli roast beef thinly sliced

4 large large flour tortillas

1 container chive and onion flavored spreadable cream cheese

1 cup shredded carrots

1/2 lb. Provolone, thinly sliced

1 bunch green leaf lettuce

Instructions

  1. Spread cream cheese evenly on one side of each tortilla.
  2. Top each with 1/4 roast beef, 1/4 shredded carrots, and 1/4 of the cheese.
  3. Cover each one with lettuce, leaving about half-inch border around edge of tortilla.
  4. Roll up tightly; wrap in plastic wrap(refrigeration 30 minutes before serving helps roll maintain its shape).
  5. Cut each wrap into 1-inch slices and serve.
