At-home Entertaining: The Recipe Resizer

Created for restaurant professionals, the Recipe Resizer is an incredibly useful tool for anyone who wants to turn a recipe designed to feed a few people into instructions for making the dish for a crowd.

The interactive program first asks you to enter the current number of servings indicated by the recipe and the number of servings you wish to make. Then simply add current ingredient quantities in the spaces provided, click the "Resize Recipe" button—and there you have it.
