Grape jelly meatballs
Serves 8 people

Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef or turkey
1 jar grape jelly
1 jar salsa (choose flavor depending on taste)
Instructions
- Ball ground meat into bite sized meatballs
- Brown meatballs carefully in a skillet on the stove
- Drain fat
- In a casserole dish mix equal parts grape jelly and salsa together
- Add meatballs, stir gently
- Bake at 350 for 45 - 60 minutes (or until meatballs are fully cooked), stirring occasionally.
- Leave in sauce and serve.
