Butter lettuce salad with mandarin oranges and citrus vinaigrette
Herbed mayonnaise
Serves 1 cup
Ingredients
1 cup regular, reduced-fat, or fat-free mayonnaise
1 tsp. chopped parsley
1 tsp. chives or green onions (green part only)
1/4 tsp. chopped tarragon
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients, mix well, and refrigerate until ready to serve.
