Baked brie with preserves, pecans and cranberries

Serves 10 people

Ingredients

1 lb. brie (about a 7- to 8-inch wheel)

1/2 cup peach or apricot preserves

1/2 cup whole pecans

1/2 cup dried cranberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Oil a cookie sheet or spray with nonstick spray and place unwrapped brie on it.
  3. Spread the preserves over the top of the brie and sprinkle with pecans and cranberries.
  4. Place brie on baking sheet that's oiled or sprayed with nonstick spray. Bake until preserves bubble and brie feels soft to the touch, about 20 to 30 minutes. Cool slightly before placing on serving plates
