Makes 8 to 10 servings

2 lbs. Andouille sausage
1 cup Dijon mustard
1 cup honey
1 tsp. cayenne pepper

  1. Mix mustard, honey, and cayenne pepper in small bowl; set aside.
  2. To grill sausage: If sausage is pre-cooked, grill over medium to high heat, turning frequently, until cooked through and outside is crisp, about 4 to 6 minutes; if sausage is uncooked, grill about 10 to 15 minutes.
  3. To serve, cut sausage into 1- to 2-inch slices; serve mustard separately.
